We have everything we need right here on our very own doorstep, to make these islands a centre of excellence for the Film & Television industry. Now is the time to pull our resources together. Our aim is simply to make this website a one stop shop for production companies, island, mainland and International based wishing to utilise the magnificent scenic backdrops that these islands can provide, its people and the services necessary to deliver World class programmes to a Global Marketplace.
This is not a tourist website, this is a valuable resource for the people who work or wish to work in the Film & Television industry. Primarily though not exclusively we are concerned with the preservation, sustainability and growth of the Gaelic language its history and culture through moving images and the spoken word. The additional benefits this will bring to the islands include a projected increase in tourism (the number one industry in the World encapsulating film tourism) and most importantly the growth of the local economy.
We are not government funded we are a privately owned initiative. 5% of annual net profit will be donated ad infinitum to the preservation & sustainability of the Gaelic language, history and culture.
